Inspection System

Accounting System

  • We offer $250.00 of the First Month Rent as Compensation to the Realtor who shows the home and brings a qualified tenant.

Additionally, Texas Property Code mandates a Re-key within 7 day of tenant moving in - a one time charge by a bonded locksmith.

Effective Sept 1, 2011, inspection and if needed, replacement of Smoke detectors are required. At that time, smoke detectors will be mandatory “inside” each bedroom. Older homes usually only have smoke detectors in the hallways.

Post Tenancy Evaluation

  • Home Evaluated for Condition/Cleanliness After Tenant Vacates
  • Any Issues Cleared Through Use of Tenants Security Deposit
  • Security Deposit Maintained Up to 30 Days after They Vacate = To ensure any needs are met, utility bills paid, etc.

  • Added Fees for Service Repairs above the Repair Cost

How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
